I want to talk about my title!In this morning, my friend go to myanmar embassy for her trainee clearance. she go to there early morning about 5:00 am. she wait so many time for embassy open. At noon, her turn. In her turn she expect trouble.
What trouble?
The embassy staff said "what the matter?"
"i want to trainee clearance."
"For what?"
"I come from here 6month trainee. now i'm go back to myanmar so i want to clearance letter."
"Show me your permit."
She showed the permit card. But her card is Work Permit, trainee.
Staff said, " You hold WP card so you should claim to tax. 40 SSD per month"
"Why? i can't receive anything from my office."
"Not to lie me. I know your received salary. Your salary is nearly SPass salary.So you must pay a tax."
"No. It is not salary.It is allowance for living and accumulation."
"For about what anything we don't care. You hold WP card so you pay tax. Fill in this form."
He give her a form. In this form, not to fill company name and other thing are also. It's not to same other text form(PR,SPass,WP).
"i can't do that"
"As you like. If you want when you go back myanmar, we can't do that. So so SORRY"
So i do not understand this case.
When we go to trainee, no more received money. so can we tax for it????
How? I don't know about that. What do you think?
